They KNOW the difference, they just can't accept it that the ones their own are committing are actually disgusting, so they have to come up with senseless logic.

As far as sex "between consenting adults", are you referring to Clinton? In that case, WAS it truly "consensual"? He was being charged with sexual harassment and rape. That doesn't sound consensual to me. What happened with Monica was bad, yes, because Clinton was and is married, and it happened in the White House...but it's not nearly as bad as the scandal with Gennifer Flowers and Paula Jones, and a multitude of others, which were swept under the rug. Or how about the ones who were going after Clinton for sexual harassment and rape who "committed suicide"?
That is why conservatives have a problem with Clinton.
Yes, child predators are reprehensible...but so are presidents who are accused of sexual harassment and rape. There is no difference between the two; they are forms of sexual deviance.

The "conservative" stance is that gay sex is wrong. They can't really explain why without quoting bible verse - in other words, they can't explain it rationally - so they deliberately confuse it with all kinds of nonsense, e.g. the "slippery slope" argument that if we "allow" gay people to exist, next thing you know everybody will be having sex with animals, children and corpses (which shows how fragile their concept of their OWN sexuality is).
Then one of their own turns out to be gay - about once a year (remember Jim West? Ken Mehlman? Dick Cheney's daughter? Newt Gingrich's sister? Karl Rove's dad? probably Rove himself? The famous gay icon Rick Santorum?) - and all hell breaks loose.
That's just the way it is when you've based your entire platform on hypocrisy and intolerance.
That's also why, for them, this Foley scandal is a story about Monica Lewinsky!

He checked into the drunk tank to hide from reporters until after elections.
The liberalization of America however, has created two successive generations of people who are not help accountable for their actions because personal responsibility no longer means anything. People can blame alcohol, drugs, their parents for spanking them too much, their parents for not loving them enough, or society as a whole for their inability to act within the norms.

I can only speak for myself, when I say that I do make distinctions.
Child sexual abuse is a crime against a child. Reprehensible.
Adult sexual harassment is a crime against a person of lesser power.
Both are crimes. Both serious abuses of power. Both should be punished.

It's going to be very interesting to see how O 'Reily and Hanntiy spin this tonight. Just watch, the hypocrits will be in full denial mode IF they even mention the story at all.
Jesi, so tell me, is the liberalization of America responsible for Foley's actions? Is it responsible for Hastert knowing about it last year and covering it up? Your kidding right?

We believe sex between any two people is wrong if it is
A. Outside of marriage
B. An ABUSE OF POWER between a boss and subordinate.
I am married - I can have all the sex with my husband that I want!
You libs forgive that sort of stuff - just check into rehab and you are the poster child for lib "values & morals".
Every lib loves a lib in rehab _ Hollywood can't get enough of that.

First all Republican are not the same, if that were true then all Democrats would be spouse cheaters, liars, killers by drowning,
& etc. See how stupid it is to have one pervert & assume that
everyone in that political party is the same. How old are you - 12?
