Start slowly. What you can do is start to smile at her more, give her little looks and engage her in conversation. This will open up the opportunity to ask her questions (what music do you like, what are your favorite movies, where are some places to hang out, will you go out with me...) see it can be easy. Don't be nervous, but if you are, that can be cute. You'll be fine, I know you can do it. And maybe she has been waiting for you to ask...! Good luck.

Try becoming her friend first, just to open the doors. But definitely go for it...it won't be the end of the world.

if you know that person, go up to her start a conversation and tell her that you like someone but you're scared to tell her...that way she'll give you some advices on telling her and then use that on her...
