The mall for one because u will be able to see what clothing is being sold this fall. Another is go get fashion mag like In style. Get some mags like Us, Life & Style etc. They show what stars are wearing and they are in style. Call for catalogs from the places u like Macy's, Kohl's, Nordstrom's etc. U will be able to see what is being offered this fall/winter. Happy Shopping!
