The light shaded sanded grout I installed have on my kitchen and bathroom is a bear to keep clean. I sealed it when I installed it. The only thing that cleans it is a " grout eraser", which does an excellent job, but is very time consuming. I've sealed it again after this type of cleaning and it still gets dirty. What else can I do?

Oxy cleaner is very good for this. the first time, you might have to use a very strong solution. If it's VERY bad, you can make a paste of the oxy powder and apply it to the grout, and let it dry, then vaccum it up. But after that, you can just wash the floor once a week with an oxy cleaner.

After you get the grout really clean, I recommend sealing it. it's very easy to do... wipe the sealer on, wait five-ten minutes, and then wipe it off.

Your sealer isn't doing its job. I have lots of floor tile with light colored grout, and the sealer has kept it from getting stained or dirty. Make sure the sealer is formulated for your type of grout.

Get some Lysol Bathroom cleaner. Spray it on there once a week, let it set a while, then rinse it off. Simple as pie.
