Have some 1/2 inch or 3/4 inch boards underneath the mattress for support. Go to
Home Depot or Lowes, They will know what you need! ex; Measure the length, like 40" and get 6 40" boards, 3/4" thick.

It is not the box spring or the frame, you need to dust it at least once every 6 months. Vacuum it to get any dust mights and dead skin cells you shed at night off. Flip your mattress once every 3 months. Do not jump or flop on to the mattress, you can have the springs break threw the barrier and tear the stuffing into the spring section. I have had the same mattress for 8 years, and it still doesn't have the sag. If you bought it new, you need to take it back! Oh and snuggle with your sweety towards the edges, just to work our the stuffing.

It should not sag after one month. Where did you buy this mattress from? If its a cheap mattress, it will do that. You should get a better mattress. Most people turn their mattresses over to the other side every few months - but it shouldn't need to after only one month.

First off,,, you should buy a "good" quality mattress. You spend allot of time on it. Second,,,make sure there are three "slats" under it that hold it on the frame. Third,,,make sure you turn it over once a month. Should be fine if you did the first item correct.
