It would depend on whether it is for your baby or for yourself.

For a baby, I would use a terry cloth hand towel folded to fit and used as a diaper, if the baby is older then you might have to use two to get the absorbency you need.

If it's for you, then I would say that a good sized beach towel or similar would work. Again, fold as needed for a proper fit and use pins or something that will hold it in place.

My answer is a serious one because it comes from someone who is incontinent and has to wear diapers 24 / 7 due to a medical condition. There are times when "emergencies" arise and I may be out of diapers and have to find a short term alternative. The towels work well in such occasions. I always try to have extra diapers available but don't always succeed.

Good luck.

I would use a hand towel or dish towel with safety pins to secure it-remember the good old days b4 pampers.Actually some people still use cloth diapers-which is something i'll never understand.

If I had to use either a towel or shirt for a diaper I would make sure it absorbed allot. Like cotton will absorb allot of water. Some sort of terry cloth that is cloth and absorbent

I would do what my girlfriend did last summer. She wanted to see what I would look like wearing a diaper. So she took a pillow case and pinned it on me. Then she stuck a pacifier in my mouth and made me lay down beside her. She is a little kinky, but I love her!
