I bout an Ipod from a seller suposedly in Sweden.
I hit Buy It NOW afterward realized Seller doen't accept Paypal.
Only accepts Wired from my bank or Western Union.
Aslo the Wire adress was to Bank of China.
And to make things worse I now go back 2 days later
to find that this person as of yesterday is no longer a Registered user.
AAAHHH
Do I still have to pay?
I tried to email Ebay no response yet.
And the user keeps emailing me that he promises to send it.
How do I cancel?

You can try a retraction however this is at the discretion of the seller. You have entered into a legally binding contract however if he is no longer a registered member then he will find it more difficult to enforce the contract. Also explain to ebay should they become involved taht you don't trust the authenticity of the seller as he is claiming to be from Sweden yet is using Bank of China banking services. Another thing that can help is that if you can pay by credit card then your credit card company may offer protection against fraud.

Keep hounding ebay until you get an answer. Try to request other contact methods for the seller (email, phone etc.) Ebay will send it to you.
Probably Ebay has other complaints on this seller and they yanked his ID. Without that ID they cannot post a negative feedback for you any way.

No you don't have to pay.
If they are no longer a user then Ebay has removed them (closed their account down) most likely for doing something illegal. Don't pay.
If they come back and tell you have to pay then tell them you didn't relize they don't take Paypal and that it would be a huge favour to you if they would just forget the whole thing and that you are sorry.

If they are not a registered user DO NOT send payment
The worst thing they could do is leave you a negative
Don't leave feedback until it is left for you and don't pay fo rthat
