When you cry..do your eyes feel tired for the rest of the day and do you get a slight headache?. If so, why is that?

i was watching the coverage on the Amish shootings today..and couldn't stop crying for them. But this happens everytime I cry.

if i cry, afterwards i'm always really tired. and i usually get a headache too. i guess its just from all the emotionals. i dunno. nice question!

Ya i feel the same way problay because the stress and pressure
of crying and stuff.

That only happens to me when I cry really hard and really long but
I get really severe headaches.
