Little mistake there, Tink. You have to choose "end of word" before you hit "Go". This will return 1463 words.
Another site you can do the same sort of search on is morewords.com. It returns 1478 words for this particular search.
Here, by the way, are the fifteen words the second site adds to the list:
indistinguishable, inextinguishable, intersubstitutable, intertranslatable, nonbiodegradable, noninterchangeable, nonsuperimposable, radioimmunoassayable, readjustable, reconfigurable, supercomfortable, superserviceable, ultrarespectable, unmodifiable, ununderstandable

This one won't give you absolutely *every* word with a given suffix. It's restricted to the words that are acceptable in the board game Scrabble. But it will give you lots and lots. (I tried a search for *able, and got 1832 words. Not all of them are words with the suffix "able," though: you'd have to eliminate words like "table" and "sable" and even "able" itself. Still, depending on what you need, it may help.)
(1) Go to http://www.a2zwordfinder.com/scrabble.html
(2) In the middle frame, look for the box labelled "Word Pattern."
(3) Type the suffix you're searching for in the box, with an asterisk (*) in front of it.
(4) Choose a Minimum Length if you need to, and choose whether to sort by Length or Alphabetically (you can also sort by what Scrabble score the words would get you).
(5) Click the Go button. Your word list will appear lower down the page, under the heading "a2zWordFinder.com Scrabble Results."
Hope this helps!
