It was played on December 23, 1972 (the day i was born) and it was the game that featured the "Immaculate Reception".

It probably started around 1:00. Someone said it looked dark in the clips of the immaculate reception but that was very late in the game and it would have been late afternoon in Pittsburgh in late December. That's why it looks dark. In those days they only played night games on Monday nights.

Well when they show footage of the pass it looks dark so maybe it was a 4 o'clock game. I'm pretty sure it was a night game though.
