It makes me no difference what ever which color you choose to eat, so long as you're prepared later in the day to be questioned closely regarding how many licks it took for you to get to the Tootsie Roll center.

the orange one, the red is poison, the orange one is the orange flavor and i hear flavor flav likes it, so it should be safe, the orange one will give you super powers, so if you want try the orange one,
ps. people trying to get you to eat the red one laced it with drugs- enough that it would kill you.
