it's OK but wouldn't you like to eat something freshly prepared once in a while

You need to clarify there are many types of frozen food, if you are talking about frozen meals, no they are not good for you they are high in fat etc. Try to eat a homecooked meal at least 3 times a week if not more often. It really dosen't take that long to cook a chicken breast or hamburger patty or open a can of tuna. Hope this helps. Take care and eat healthy.

Craving frozen foods could signal an iron deficiency. I chewed ice like a madman for months before I discovered I was anemic and required iron supplements. Check with your doctor for bloodwork to check your iron levels.

It is actually best to eat fresh food because there are much less preservatives but every once in a while is okay. ;-)

Frozen vegies are better than canned but of course, fresh is always best.
