After you have more than one program open, try right-cl on a blank spot on the taskbar, then select "tile." If you have too many things open, it won't be very helpful because they will all appear small.

you have many way to get this.
you can upgrade to IE 7.0 beta.
you can install Netscapes browser
you can install FireFox
you can install the google toolbar for tabbed browsing
you can install the yahoo toolbar for tabbed browsing also
