Myspace is also blocked at my school. Last year, people got on it by going to msn.com and using the search engine and searching for myspace. I don't know if it'll work with webscence.

To unlock myspace you can use a proxy website like http://www.safeforwork.net , or http://www.proxify.com or http://www.mathtunnel.com ...and there are many more proxys you can find.
