Her golden blonde hair was matted with sweat
She holds the cold, metal blade in her hand
She looks down at the fading scars
Just one long slit can make the pain go away
She digs the blade into her skin
One long, deep cut is all she makes
At the first sight of the red liquid, tears fall from her eyes
She feels her life slipping away
Another tear falls down her cheek as the blood drips to the floor
The last she felt was the cold, hard tile, before her world went black
The angels had finally come to take her pain away

Well, all of my poems suck. I don't think that I've actually wrote one ever since the 5th or 6th Grade.

the best poem for me was when i was in grade school I wrote a simple little poem and it was in yearbooks for three years. My yearbooks anyways! felt good!
