i do it all the time. especially after i leave rehersal or dance class. if i learned a new move, then i try it out at home by myself and see what type of expression i should have on my face. it's something that i like to work at alone because i don't want the other people in the company looking at me crazy standing in front of the mirror doing moves repeatedly with different expressions. plus it's fun to be goofy in the mirror at home. (even if i am 25)

Of course. That is a great way to see ow you are dancing, good or bad, and learn how to improve it and really see the magic! That is why many (if not all, though I cannot imagine one without) dance studios have mirrors up around the whole place. I put in my own room to dance and have done the same.

I'm afraid in front of the mirror is the only place that I dance. I'm such a bad dancer that my wife won't even join me there. But I do have fun when the music is wild and crazy. Then I go wild and crazy, trying not to watch myself in the glass. Dancing in front of the mirror is like singing in the shower. I'm a terrible singer, too.

lol everyone does at least once in there life and i do admit i dance infront of my mirror a lot must the time is bc i am happy or hyper and sometimes i just do for the heck of it and want to see if i can do a dance move and see if it turns out right !! so yeah if u do don't feel like ur a freak bc u ain't !! and it's ok to be silly and dorkish at times and dance liek noe one is watching even if there is no one watching !! lol so just be u and ahve fun with life as u live !! lol Kali

dancing in front of the mirror is good exercise, it's funny and it builds self confidence (kind of like sex). I love it!

i am not ashamed to say i dance nude every night infront of mirrors and people. it is a way of life yes i am a stripper and it is my life i make good money and i can take 0ff anyday and spend it with my kidds
