My boyfriend is taking heavy medication before he goes to sleep. He must take that medication for at least a week. Those pills make him soooo sleepy that he can not wake up until morning, not even if I shake him hard. Yesterday, he was sleeping, but he went to sleep before we made love. I was not getting any sleep, and then I noticed he was having a huge erection. I was so horny and he is so hot, cute, and treats me so good, that I could not contain myself and I made love to him. I am his girlfriend, so I see nothing wrong with that. Should I tell him what I did?

I feel bad about it now, I am going to tell him and then ask a new question here to let you all know what happened. :-(

Why don't you approach it this way? Tell him that last night you noticed he had an erection and you tried to wake him up cause you really wanted him. Say you seriously wanted to just have sex with him whether he was awake or not. See how he reacts? If he says "so why didn't you?" you can tell him you did and have no worries. If he says he would have been really mad then leave it alone and don't do it again.

I think you are making this up and I think your attempt at humor on this very serious subject is below the levels of standards for bad taste.

AND JUST SO YOU KNOW, Rape is defined as the forceable PENETRATION of another, so unless you forced an object into his anus you did not legally committ rape.

However, you have committed a moral grievance against the millions of women, children and men who have been raped or sodomized. You are not funny.

I would have to agree that it is rape. If I was on heavy meds and my husband had sex with me when I was asleep I would be upset about it. Its your call whether you tell him or not, I would not because it could cause complications with trust and respect, but I would definetly not have sex with him while he is asleep again

it sounds ok until you think if a man did this to a woman
any act without asking for consent is rape, just because he is your boyfriend doesnt mean he can be used this way

i wouldn't tell him he better off not knowing and maybe ask him if he is ok with this while he sleeps when he is awake

It was without his consent. That means it was rape. Even if he had consented, he was heavily medicated and his judgement impared so even if he had given cosent in his drugged up state it would have still been rape.

I guess technically it could be rape, never heard that scenario, but the thing with rape is the "unwilling" part... had your boyfriend been awake I'm assuming he would be willing, but you should discuss it with him if you guys are really a couple, and if this is a serious question

KNowing most men they would love the thought that you couldnt help but take advantage of them. I would tell him if you feel comforitable doing so. He may laugh and think its great! on the other hand you can keep quiet and just see what "pops" up tonight

Thats so funny! No its not rape, unless you think he would have minded. He's your boyfriend, my boyfriend would be mad only because he could not wake up to enjoy it. Your boyfriend will most likely laugh it off, I never heard a case like this before, kudos to you and your sleeping cutie! LOL
