the first perfect square has to be an even number, 16, 36 or 64; because if u sustract 3 from an odd number, u will get an even number, which cant be a prime number(except for 2).
16-3=13 reverse 31 not a perfect square
36-3=33
64-3=61 reverse 16 A Perfect square.

The answer is 61. 61 is a prime, is three less than 64, a perfect square, and if you reverse the digits you get 16, another perfect square.

There are only 7 perfect squares that are 3 more than a 2-digit number. Just see which one fits the bill. It should only take a minute to try all possible combinations.

16-3=13, which is a prime, but reversed it is 31 which isn't a square. etc etc up to 64-3=61 (primer), reversed is 16, a square.
The answer is 61.
(might i add that it took me, a non-mathematician, only 3 minutes to solve this by taking the brute-force approach...there are only six perfect two-digit squares)

dividing a three digit volume by skill of a 2 digit volume is reminiscent of dividing a 2 digit volume by skill of a one digit volume--the technique continues to be an same only a touch better complicated and regularly carried out on paper and not in any respect on your head. it truly is your only simplest way---prepare at it an same way you probably did 2 digit by skill of one digits.
