Ive been getting mail about stocks, buisnesses etc. The people who are sending me these emails are people who use their first and last name for their yahoo email address.

just do one thing spare one day for al this time. becasue you need to open each and every mail where you can sourt the spame mail and one you need to recive in you inbox. see just open the mail and after that click on spam maile.

Add them to your junk email block list. If you are using Yahoo or Hotmail, simply go to the junk email section and set the level to "high" or "exclusive".
At the highest level, you will not get any one's mail unless he is in your contacts. You can relax and tighten this as you see fit.

Yeah go into your options in yahoo and under spam protection uncheck the box that moves all spam into the bulk and select to delete it

Just have it all blocked.
