They all are to some extent, but not all are emailing and chasing 16 year olds(ok there might be 5 that aren't) they just haven't been caught yet.

Congress & the Senate:

1. Barney Frank, (Democrat.)
His boyfriend was running a gay prostitution ring out of the house they shared. This is a felony. Frank, unlike Foley, did not resign, claimed he didn't know about it (uh huh), and the entire Democratic party rallied support for him, and called anyone criticising him "homophobic"

2. Ted Kennedy (Democrat) has been known to grope waitresses in restaurants in full view of customers, and on one occasion (alledgedly) raped one on a table while his friends watched.
Well known of course, is the Mary Jo incident, where he was driving drunk (felony) with the woman he was cheating on his wife with in the car. He went off a bridge into the water, left her underwater to drown, and hid out at his daddy's house.
He was never even arrested, let alone punished for this, in any way. He didn't resign, and still holds office.

Those are two widely publicized and non-debatable examples. I'm sure there are many, many more, but those guys still hold office, and the democratic party stood behind them.

At least the republicans are condemning Foley, and not attacking anyone who thinks he did something bad.

I'm not so cynical (or stupid) as to say every one as some others have, of course. Foley is no longer in Congress, but besides him I can name one pervert for sure: Ted Kennedy.

Some have referred to Congress as the last refuge of crooks and scoundrels. Given the Barney Frank's, the Patrick Kennedy's ( Hell, for that matter, any of the Kennedy's), the William Jeffersons, the Gary Condits, the Gary Harts, I'd say that's true.

Barney Frank's live-in-boy ran a male prostitution ring from Frank's house.
That was okay because Frank is a high powered Democrat in Congress.

Gary Studds was in Congress for years. He molested a young page boy in the men's room. It was okay because Studds was a Democrat.

The Leader of all Perverts is still Bill Clinton. He set the standard. It's okay because he is a Democrat.

the nature of the job makes all politicians automatically become perverts. all different types of perverts, yet perverts anyways. most of them are power perverts or get the gifts perverts or steal airforce one items perverts or take money under the table perverts or else otherwise, as john cheever so eloquently wrote, they "walk around in circles, like the demented."

Representative government is no good for a progressive society. They all need to be put in jail or out of business!

Yes there are. Congress has got to be the largest single group of criminals.

Barney Frank is one. He's been on borrowed time ever since he ran a gay prostitution ring out of his apartment. Check the link for more:
