Take a look at the site below which explains many misubderstood things about the cancer industry, and has some natural cures too.

Recovery from a cone is not long. A day or two. You may have some cramping, kind of like period type cramping. youll have some discharge for a little while though, don't worry about that unless it becomes foul smelling. Basically they "shave" part of your cervix off and send it off to a lab to look closely at it and make sure there is no cancer there. They'll put you in a "twilight" sleep. not totally under but asleep enough that you don't feel or remember anything.

A cone biopsy is not a major procedure. They take some tissue and send it to pathology to see if there are any cancerous cells. The recovery isn't long.

Recovering from cone biopsy is easy. However, recovering from cancer cervix (if detected) could be tough as you have to go through operative procedure+radiotherapy+possibly chemotherapy. Good luck!
