why dont u see the history files,,,
on the explorer browser,, u can see the sites that ur woman has accesseed,, recently,,,
but,, do u think it is soo necessary to doubt your woman,,,

There is no free software, but there is lots of software you can buy. Just search for computer monitoring software, and you'll find plenty.

Well you can go through the History or the Temporary Internet files. Why do you care? is she worth all this worry and trouble. At some you will have to release your white knuckled grip on her and this world or you will keep pushing her away.

its called trust, forget it and leave it alone if you trust her, if you dont then get rid of the pc and work on the trust issues.
