I can't remember what it was called - I think it was on in the late 80's. Both characters had the same name and got their identities mixed up - one was rich and one was poor - and they had to live each others lives. The theme tune at the end had a song which had a line in it about the sea levels rising?? Thanks

Ade was doing Bottom in 1991, 1992 & 1995 (I have the DVD box set).
I'd guess either Snakes & Ladders or Filthy, Ritch & catflap.
