I am a business major. I am pretty good in presenting and carrying out a team project in a group where members are sharing ideas and doing things as a group. Now the thing is my group is dominated by 3 gals i am the only guy in it. So they pretty much do what they want to do w/o listening to me and even carrying what i have to say about the assignment. In other words they blow me off. I never had a problem like this when I was in a group of two girl two guys, nor three guys 1 girl. And i tried talking to them they simply blow me off. My professor doesn't care he is like you have to manage to work together, (note I am getting points cut off, when my team members are basically showing that they are doing all the work) I want to fix this, if possible. other wise i am just going to trash them in team evaluation.
I never had these problems with my teams members before in my other courses.
What to do? Tell me ladies.

Just go along with them and then thrash them when you write your team evaluation. Anything in this situation will be used against you. And these girls are railroading your a**. They have formed a clique, and you are "out"... Try talking to each of them separately about certain tasks, or choose one aspect of the project that you are in charge of and without which the rest of the project won't make it. I had this happen to ME in a group of 4 girls, and I am a girl. God luck...

I can feel the hormones levels rise, having to compete among themselves and you. I'm not a girl, I can see somehow this is happening every where now. Even some one with higher authority than you will compete with you. Here's what I see, guys are easy to reason with among themselves. Women tend to have a hard time agreeing with anyone even among themselves. I find it sometimes nearly impossible to work with some women sometimes because their mentality are just, I don't know, manipulative with us guys, and they can talk forever regardless of what the issue is. They just can't settle on one idea. That's it! They Just can't settle on just one simple idea. They jump all over, making us guys confused, then they'll come back to the original idea or questions. Then you would like say we just talked about that. And the whole deal starts all over again. Good enough, yes?
