It's at a party in your friend's house. I'm one of the most popular girls at your school. The sheet on top of me is quite see-through.

I would pause, thank God and all of his angels for what I have just saw ... turn around lock the door ... walk out and close the door tightly so that no one would go in and hurt you. Then I would never mention it to anyone or mention it period.

If you have on a sheet, then you're not really naked.
It all depends of conditions you have not stated.
Are you a stranger?
Someone who's been flirting with me in the past?
A relative?
The MOST I would do, is lay down beside you, outside the sheet, and start stroking your hair, doing something that I know would slowly wake you up.
If you freaked, I would get out. if not, I would keep going and see what your reactions were.
In other words, to try to have sex with you while you're asleep, could get me put away for 20 years, so I wouldn't dare even think about it.

since I am only five foot nothing, and I weigh 100 and nothing. I leave the room. because I do not want to spend the rest of my life in jail.

It really depends if I know you, or not. It's kind of called rape if I would start having sex (I'm not going to have sex before marriage anyway.) with you. I don't even know you, maybe.
I would want to know you before I start to do anything with you. I wouldn't mind licking your feet though if I knew you, and you woke up.
