first off it was a tennesse titans player who stepped on the head of the dallas cowboys center.
he will be suspened and fined, but i feel the law should step in...in my job if i were to step on someones head, let alone step on their head with quarter inch spikes my @ss would be in jail and that aint no joke...

I don't think it is a felony like the broadcaster said. Incidents that happen on the field are treated differently. Remember that hockey player that punched an opponent in the back of the head and broke his neck? Nothing happened in criminal court. I think the Dallas player should be suspended for the season. He knows better than that (or should). Use him to set an example.

Haynesworth from the Titans got a 5 game suspension w/o pay from the league.
I think he should have been suspended from the entire season w/o pay just like the player that assaulted another player in the NHL.

I think he should in the least be suspended for the rest of the year, but don't think that will happen. From the look that I saw on replay yeah it was a felony, because it looked like he took the helmet off THEN stepped on him. That was INTENT.

It was a Titan that Stomped on a Cowboys head.

Being it was AFTER the play..and you could see it was on PURPOSE..
It was ASUALT since he stopped on head towards the Eye.
Fine him $250,000 Ban him for Life from the NFL,and Let the Law put him in Prison for a year or two...

cuz if one of us did that to someone on the street we would be put in jail.

it was the Titans player that stomped the dallas player, he should have been taken of the field in handcuffs, just like the senator from florida who was talking dirty to those young boys.

I think that the NFL should let Andre Gurode (cowboy player) whoop Haynesworth's (titan) ***. Then suspend him 4 games.

HE WILL GET FIND, IF NOT SUSPENED.
THEY WERE ALREADY SAYING AT LEAST 3 GAMES. I THINK
IT SHOULD BE FOR THE REST OF THE SEASON. SOME OF
THESE PLAYERS ARE JUST OUT OF CONTROL. IF IT WAS
UP TO ME, HE WOULD BE SUSPENED WITH OUT PAY!!
THAN MAYBE THEY WILL LEARN YOU JUST CAN'T GO
AROUND STOMPING ON HEADS.
