I dont know what to get for my best friend- this friday is her birthday...and i usually give her clothes, and i even made her a surprise party before..but this time im not sure what to get...she is going to be 18 years old and she is coming home for the weekend from college...so we are going to get together to eat dinner but i don't know what present to get her...
any suggestions?

what are her interests? how about a cool gift basket (or handbag) loaded w/goodies? you can go to Century 21 or TJ Maxx or something and pick up a bunch of stuff. lotion, candles, note pad, pens, lipstick, tshirts, boyz shorts - stuff like that - you don't say how much you want to spend so kinda tough...

Hi - maybe a college care packet. Get a summer beach bucket (plastic - they have them in fun colors at party stores and some grocery stores) and fill it with things all college kids need - snacks, quarters for the laundry, stress relief type goofy toys, and a gift card of some sort (phone card, movie rental card, gas card, etc). Have fun celebrating!

Find all of your memory stuff of the two of you and make a cool scrap book including pictures. Add jokes and cool poems about best friends. That way she can take it with her when she goes back.

think about ur friends' interests.
if she is your best friend, you should know what she likes and enjoys. also, you may know some things that she needs.
think back to any time when she may have dropped hints such as "i really want... this" or "i really need ...that".
this may give u an idea of what to get her.
