1. How fast can you drink from a baby bottle?

Think it's easy? This game is a lot harder than it looks. Take four or five volunteers from the party. Fill four or five 4 oz. baby bottles about a quarter full with juice or water. Hand each one of the contestants a bottle, and say drink. Who ever finishes the bottle first wins!

2. How big is Mom's belly?

This game involves the whole party. Ask guests to tear toilet paper off a roll that they think will match closest to the size of the mother-to-be's stomach, if it were wrapped around her. The one who tears of the right length or closest, wins.

3. Dirty Diapers?(Baby Shower Game Pick)

Take a napkin (one per guest), fold the napkins resembling a diaper and secure with a diaper pin. Attach the "diaper" to the bottom of each guests seat in advance. Place mustard or chocolate in one. Have everyone at some point during the party reach under their chairs. The one with the "dirty" diaper wins a prize.

4. Can you guess the baby food?

This free game involves getting five different kinds of baby food. Take the labels off the jars and mark the bottom of the jar with a number 1-5. Set them down in an area where guests can examine and smell them. Have everybody write down what type of baby food they think is in each jar. The guest with the most correct answers wins this baby game.

5. Guess what baby items are in the bag?

Place 10- 15 commonly used baby items in a large paper bag. Give each guest a pen and a sheet of paper. Let each guest stick their hand in the bag, touching the items, without looking. After each guest has had their turn, let them write down as many items as they can remember on their sheet of paper. The guest with the most correct answers wins!

Have a great time. I hope it goes well

One of my favorites is "Baby songs".

Players have to create a list of all the songs they know with the word baby in the title. Afterwards, list are read one at a time. If a title is mentioned that no one has heard of, the person who wrote it has to sing it to get the point. The person with most points win. If there is a tie, to break it, the players have to sing as many of their songs as they can. It's alot of fun especially when people can't sing or have made up the song. and remind them Baby has to be in title. There are too many songs that use just the word in the lyrics.

Another game we play is using the name of the baby, you have to create a list of things in the layette using the letters. For instance the name Becky.
B- blanket
E- electric bottle warmer
C- Cradle
K- ?
Y- ?

Get the idea? If the baby dosen't have a name yet, you can use the name of the mother, father or the grandparents. You can even use the family's last name. Points are given for each answer and person with the most is winner. No product names are allowed. That's what makes it hard.

Another one that's great if there are men present is to gather bears or other stuffed animals, and old baby clothes and have the men take care of baby. Don't use dolls, they make it too easy. The men have to wash up, and diaper baby. They have to feed and dress baby and wrap baby in blanket for an outing. Who ever does it the fastest and acurately wins the game. It's actually harder than it sounds because it's hard to put stuffed animals in diapers and real baby clothing. Men also forget to burp babies and put powder on them. So if they make mistakes it dosen't count.

"Dirty Diaper":
(Another variation of the game as I don't think it was explained above)
Get Hershey's miniatures and melt each candy bar into its own diaper. Have the guests guess what candy it is. It looks nasty, but it's fun!

"Name that Tune":
Create a CD with a bunch of songs with the word "baby" in the title. The one who guesses the most titles wins!

Pop Culture game:
Anyone could play this game and it doesn't have to be played at a baby shower.
Print out a bunch of names (i.e. actors, political figures, sports figures, reality show people, etc) on labels; one name per label. The host will then place these stickers on all of your guests backs (one label at a time). Each person will have to guess the name of the person they have on their back by asking other guests a yes or no questions about this person (i.e. "Is she/he a blonde?" "Is my person a male?", ect). This is a great way for your guests to break the ice and interact with each other. It's really fun! The one who has the most labels at the end wins.

"Baby" game:
Get a bunch of safety pins (you can use the baby safety pins with diapers at the clasp or you can decorate them yourself) and start off by giving one to each guest. If you or another guest hear someone say the word "baby", you or they can collect the pin. The guest who collects the most pins at the end of the game wins.

Have fun!

Have everyone wear a picture of a baby on their shirt (cut from magazines) No one is allowed to say the word baby for the whole shower. If someone says it and another person hears it, they can take the baby pic off from them and put it on themselves. Whoever has the most at the end wins.

there is baby bingo. There is also this fun little game where you take tiny little plastic babies (tiny, you can get them at a dollar store or walmart) or you can do little plastic diaper pins and put them in an ice tray. One per cube and fill it up. Freeze them and then pour everyone a drink at the same time. When someones melts and the baby or safty pin floats to the top they get to yell "my water broke" and they get a little prize...lol. Its cheesy I know but fun. I didnt actually think everyone would like this but you would be suprised at how many people kept saying, I wish my ice cube would melt. Come to find out mine did first. I was afraid to scream my water broke..lol because of the obvious. Congrats on being pregnant and hope that everything works out for you!

the best baby shower game I have ever played was the baby game. You have to have safety pins and the person that says baby and gets caught by a person saying it has to give up their safety pin The one with the most safety pins wins a small prize. I lost mine the first five minutes lol

ok there is this great one that I played at my own shower... it's a memory game... you just get a tray of some sort, and put baby items on it ( all sorts of things that are baby related . ie.. bottle, saftey pin, diaper, pacifier, blanket etc....) then you have someone take it around and let everyone get a good look at it... then about 5 minutes later , they have to write everything that they can remember that was on there. the one with the most items that are right .. wins!

This is my favorite because it doesn't requiring embarrassing the mom-to-be or the guests. You have the mom and dad's names at the top of a piece of paper and you have the guests try to come up with as many different names using the letters of the parent's names.
Another one is to guess the baby's height and weight and after the baby is born, the winner gets a prize!
Have fun!!
