Reading a good book...like a James Patterson novel. I love those. Everytime I'm in a depressed state of mind, I go buy a book, get in bed, and read for an hour or more

I always hug my dogs. They love you unconditionally and know when you're feeling down. They usually do something silly and then I feel a little better.
