my mom told me that a good boss wouldn't ask an employee to do anything that he/she wouldn't do themselves.If you want the toilet cleaned take turns cleaning the toilet for example.

For being a good boss one must being a quality of a good leadership in even in worst condition. He should be professional in behavior and understand their juniors, and also a good nature makes a good boss.

Act inthe same affectinate, conscientious manner toward your subordinates. Do not threaten your subordinates. Recognize that you have the same Master as your subordinates and that there is no respector of persons with God(this means that He respect no man meaning He treats every man equally and fairly. First and for most, they listen when your speaking!! Their understanding when you have missed work for a family matter.
They pay attention to your "work" and know when to properly make sure YOu get a raise for it. Not someone else that sluffs!
