Do you mean as in a definition? As in what makes a girl a girl?
Female...
1. biology of the sex capable of childbearing: relating to, belonging to, or characteristic of the sex that produces eggs or young.
Look up the female reproductive system...
Or do you mean describe a girl as in when you want to describe how a girl is or what she looks like to your friend or in a story, etc...
In that case, you can talk about her hair (color, texture, length, thickness, shine)...
you can talk about her eyes (color, size, type of eye lashes)...
you can talk about her lips (color, plumpness) and her smile...
you can talk about her voice (soft, loud, raspy, etc.) and her laugh...
you can talk about her body (height, weight, type),
what she wears (dresses, jeans, etc.)...
and most important, you can talk about HER (personality, intelligence, etc.)
