Freshwater also has phytoplankton and tiny animals (insofuria, copepods, amphipods and rotifers) that feed off of it. Your tank is fine as parasites are always found attached to of in the fish. Your fish will love snacking on them when you do stock your tank. Incidentally, fish breeders regularly encourage the development of these little critters to feed small fry.

Could be nematodes. they're usually harmless.

So are you doing a fishless cycle?
Here's an article on it:

It's well worth the wait to get your biofilter established before adding fish.

Also here's a good article on what happens the first month or so in a new tank and how to keep your water from getting toxic.

did you put liverock in your tank? If so they probably came with the rocks. I sometimes get little star fish come with my rocks. You can either wait till these get bigger before you add your fish or wait for them to die off and let the filter run it's course.
Good luck!

Some little invertebrate, probably nothing to worry about. I want to commend you for cycling your tank before adding fish, bravo!

Do nothing, let your filters run for 2 weeks, then do your tests, all will settle, best of luck.
