It doesnt take that long because the ejaculation process causes the sperm to be shot into the uterus where hopefully the egg is already waiting. Some say to lay there for at least a half an hour. Sperm move very quickly because i have seen them under the microscope. Most sites say that it take a few hours for the sperm to reach the egg, some even less.

Just make sure you don't go to that bathroom right after....I read you should stay on you back for at least 20 mins after sex. The semen does drip out a little so if you have to put something under your bum. Sperm can live inside you for three days. If you're trying to get pregnant I've heard you should have sex every other day. It takes sperm awhile before it reaches the egg.
Hope this helps. Good luck.

The Doc told me to putt a pillow under my hips to my almost my butt a small pillow not your regular sized one and put your knees up towards your chest or your feet in the air and lay there like that for about 20 to 30 mins. it helps the flow of the sperm to get to your egg if you are trying for a baby gravity will pull the sperm down. Sperm can also live in you for 3-7 days. Then they just die off. Good luck and i hope my addvised helped you a little more.

no, the sperm stays in and after a while it builds up causing the penis to inflate. After a while the inflating will stop because the penis will explode like a balloon.

About three days!!! Really.
Try putting a pillow under your bum afterwards to tilt your internal bits backwards. You don't have to stay there for three days though,
