Because your friend is pregnant there is not much that she can do. She should use vicks vapor rub on her chests and drink lemon tea. The only medicine that is safe would be tylenol...

I had bad summer allergies when I was preggo and my doctor was able to prescribe an inhaler that not only helped, it had steroids which helped my baby's lungs become stronger too. At home, try a steam bath and Throat Coat tea. Get lotsa sleep and drink lotsa liquids. Calendula Tincture can help with headaches without hurting the baby.

talk to your doctor. Usually there are some over the counter drugs that are safe for you to take until you about 6 months. But I would try some hot tea ( chamomile, or peppermint) and maybe some childrens vicks vapor rub ( it's not as strong as the adults)

It sucks to be sick when pregnant. Trust me, I understand, I am pregnant with my 3rd child. With my first two I had bronchites. The best thing is salene solution with no medication, and I can use my inhalers because I also have asthma. Use a vaporizor when you go to sleep. She is going to have to rest and grin and bear it. She'll get through it.

you won't be able to be extreme. You trolls have become further and extra smart, are not you? No, it won't help. this is going to reason extreme injury on your baby and maximum possibly dying. It states on the edge of the bottle in sparkling print "do no longer Ingest".

Try to eat something minty...suck on a mint candy (peppermint, spearmint, wintergreen, doesn't matter). It worked really well for me. There is something in Mint that helps calm stomachs.
