i have many friends in college but no one really seems to have the time to talk everyone seems to be busy really busy. how can i talk to someone for a long time how do i make a good friendship based on talking alot with someone almost everyone(girls) seems to have a boyfriend. how do i talk longer to someone to know her/him and to develop a friendship

well if they say they're busy they're not interested in you or your friendship - you do need to take time however to get to know someone. so I'd say find out who really interests you and start 'gradual' conversation - next thing you know - you'll be talking for hours!!!

The answer is obvious:
Look for freinds that are not in college.
Hang out with older people, that have already been in college.
They're more interesting, plus they already know the stuff you're learning, so they can help you with your homework.

Go to coffee houses and meet people there, or you can set up a coffee date where you guys can just talk.
