Open the picture click on it then press Alt and print screen (together), open outlook in a separate window open new mail, click where you would write, then control V your picture will appear. you can use this to copy any active window, you can paste it in Word as well.
It will work

you have to go to insert and click picture, then the box pops up and you click browse and then you find the pick from your comp and just double click it to open it in the email... if that dont work then the pic file may be corrupt or your email is not letting you do so. what email are you useing? hot mail? outlook?

This will not work if you are in text only mode. You have to be in a HTML editor or in MS Word.

Normally, in Outlook or Outlook Express, if you're in this mode, in the Insert menu, you should have the Image option. Then, you simply select your image and it will appear in the email.
