Off course they r still good people. There r as many reasons as there are people who drop out as to why they drop out. Personal problems, being bullied, violence, not getting the proper amount of help from teachers, peer pressure being made fun off, family problems, being rejected by their peers, and so on. The thing to do is realize u can always go back and never give up on education. After all it is ur right to be educated especially since it affects it entire life, the money u will make, the type of work u will have to do for a living. And remember knowledge is power. Good luck curious 2006

Dropping out doesn't make them a "bad" person at all. I don't think dropping out is the smartest thing that someone can do, but there are many people who drop out because they have to get full time jobs to support their family.

Dropping out of high school has nothing to do with a person's character. When we are young, we make choices that may or may not be in our best interests, but hopefully we learn from them.

Yes and no. It depends on their situation and who they are character wise. For example... say a 15/16 yr old girl drops out because she's pregnant. Does that make her a bad person?

I dropped out... but then I started taking classes online to get my degree. I think people who just drop out are lazy, but not bad people.

Finishing high school has nothing to do with whether you are a good person. High school is more about education, getting ready for more education. some dropouts are brilliant and wonderful people. some are sleazy and no-good.
