Race is not the issue. I favor a pocket passer over a mobile quarterback. The position is to hand off or pass, not to run. That is for the running back or fullback position. If a quarterback has to run, well, that means 2 things either his offensive line is horrible OR he sucks at getting the pass off and finding his open receivers. As far as race, a black quarterback can be a great passer like Warren Moon, unfortunately the black QBs today statistically are not pocket passers. I think that pocket presence and quick release is more effective than having a 3rd running back for a QB.
As far as pressure, a QB should not have the ball more than 3 -5 seconds then it should released either to a receiver, tightend, runningback, or the stands. Most sacks could be avoided if the QB would have given up and threw it away. Lose of down is better than a lose of yards and a down.

There are no more better pocket passers in the game today than Peyton or Brady because they have to be since they have slow foot speed.
As far as black or white, who cares.
Keep in mind however, that black quarterbacks are just coming into their own. The colleges were using them at other positions rather than quarterback. Warren Moon was the exception and Doug Williams had a game to remember with Washington. But only in the last 10-15 years have you really seen black players being giving the opportunity to play quarterback at college where it is crucial to develop ones skills.
So as time goes by we will see more black players emerge as quarterbacks and that's a good thing. Put the best man out there.

Ones that can complete a pass, or hold onto the ball if sacked. Race has no play

I like a QB that can think on the field, execute a game plan, win and make spectacular plays. What color he is doesn't make a difference.

I like QB's that can make plays and win games for their team. It does NOT matter what color their skin is!

I like quarterbacks who have mobility, good field vision, good leadership ability, and a laser/rocket arm. Color? The uniform color is the only color I see.
