I don't know why everyone else wastes their time and energy on hate. I just know that I refuse to let other people's hate and prejudice change how I look at the world and all of the people in it. I don't think we can change the world, but we can change ourselves, so I will just keep on striving to be the best person I can, even if the rest of the human race wants to spiral down into oblivion.

I don't think we all hate, but those who do tend to make a spectacle of themselves, drawing more attention. Unfortunately, hate also sells news since things hate-related also often have a high shock-value. Showing a kind gesture likely wouldn't make the news, although I do think there are more kind gestures that occur than hate-related (or maybe I'm just naive).
Many of us don't waste the time and energy hating and instead try to use it for something positive (or at least something fun!).
There will always be hate in the world as long as there are small-minded, ignorant people. That doesn't mean that you have to be part of it, however. Rise above it and let them waste their energy - not yours.

There are genetic variations between races. That's a fact.
Think about your reference to genetics. "We all are genetically one species" So what?
Cooperation is only one mode of survival. Competition is another. Competition is not exclusive to cross-species interactions. Competition can exist within a species. We see this in sexual selection, and the support of positive trait mutants over non-mutated non-adapted forms.
So that would be the possible origin of aggression.
As far as all the scenarios that you have listed, each has it's own historical context.
You have to be realistic to get anything done. Before we can ask what should be, we must ask what is.

It's true what the first answerer said, Satan is working over time, because he has but a very short time!! Violence, evil, hate, racism, pride all the negative forces are increasing, have been unleashed like never before.
Things are about to change in the world. Either we get our acts together or we are really going to pay the consequences of it all, including mistreating the earth and the environment.

You got that right. Plenty of hate, plenty of selfishness, plenty of greed. I could give you a religious or a biological reason why, but both have been said millions of times before. All I could say is to survive all this hate is to be competitive and always try to do your best. That way you won't fall easy victim to those who hate. Compete but don't hate them. See it more as a contest.

racism, no, its not right. but the sex offenders, that is a personal choice. drug dealers, a parent may have lost a child because of dealing drugs. i myself, hate a sex offender. i believe they should experiance the same pain and agony and lifetime of turmoil that they inflict upon their victims.

It's just the way people are. There's not really anything we can do about it. When it comes down to it all people are somewhat stubborn. They will believe what they want, say what they want and do what they want just because they don't agree with whatever it or who it may be.

Hate can be empowering and we all want to impact the world making it the way we perceive it should be. Hate is fear, fear for ourselves and loved ones.

Well, some of them have points, you have to admit that. You also have to admit that just because you're mad at one, doesn't mean they're all like that.
