Lumber yards have extra large plywood sheets 9' x 5'
Get yourself 3 or 4 saw horses to place the table sheet on.
Get yourself green ping pong table paint and give the top 2 to three layers of that.
Let it dry for at least 2 days (longer if the weather is humid).
Then get car striping kit white tape and apply the edge lines and the one down the center.
Install net. You are done.
