No, there is no need to. At that age, a doctor may test for testosterone levels in some cases, but not sperm count. A man would only be concerned about sperm count if he and his wife were having trouble having a baby.

No, they don't check anyones sperm unless they are thinking they are infertile and a boy going through puberty shouldn't even know whether or not he is fertile at that age. So No I don't see any medical reason why they would.

No a Doctor would not check for sperm during a boy's puberty, I would be very concerned if he/she did, what's he/she going to do ask you to have a ****/jerk off; or want to do it for you and if he/she did he/she wants reporting for misuse of medical practice.

No. Doctors check for sperm only if REQUESTED by the person, but they will check the penis when going through a physical exam.

Sperm counts are only done where infertility is suspected in adults.

no, they have no reason to, even at puberty, its for checking to see if one is infertile
