not dumb but disgusting.I saw a lady(about...mid 30's) going into Rite Aid.She was wearing the shortest shorts EVER.They were jean shorts...they were extra short and her cheeks were hangin out.Its the public gurl....dont dress like a hoe.There were teenagers who were yellin "shake that @$$ gurl!" nasty!!yuck
