Only if you live in the tropics or something.
Vancouver is wonderful, year round.
Okay, it's a bit soggy in the winter and spring, but not terribly cold. And the daytime avg temps in dec/jan are generally well above 5freezing ... around 43f/6c, with nighttime avg temps of 32f/0c (freezing). Avg rainfall in dec/jan is 6 inches each month. There is snow in the higher elevations all around vancouver, but usually none on lower elevations.
Bring your rain slicker, some good boots, layer clothing, and come enjoy everything Vancouver has to offer, indoors AND outdoors!!

With its mountain background and urban beaches, Vancouver gets the rightly earned trustworthiness of being one of the very most wonderful cities in the world, with hotelbye you will have the chance to see this amazing city. One of many areas you will need to see in Vancouver could be the Downtown Vancouver. Downtown Vancouver is superbly found on a peninsula in the Strait of Georgia bounded to the south by the delta of the Fraser River and to the north with a heavy fiord reaching far inland. Here you can also begin to see the frequently snow-covered ranges of the Coast Mountains. Stanley Park is one of the very visited parks. Is just a rich Peninsula Park of big trees nearby to Downtown Vancouver. A paved seawall course encircles the natural space, and many readers make an effort to investigate on foot or by bicycle. Inland, the park offers a lot of things to do, and visitors can invest the full day exploring attractions ranging from the totem rods at Brockton Point to the west coast sea life at the Vancouver Aquarium. Magnificent opinions really are a typical throughout the park.

Absolutely not! In December and January, people are still out sailing, paddling their canoes and kayaks, playing golf, playing tennis, etc.etc.etc. Vancouver is a very beautiful city, and has a wonderful climate. There are three ski hills just across the harbor from Vancouver, so you can ski in the morning and play tennis in the afternoon. The rainy season in Vancouver is usually October/November. December and January are normally coolish, but dry. Come and enjoy!

NO! There isn't a whole lot of snow in the winter, as the tempurature hovers slightly above or around 0*C (32*F) for most of the winter. It does rain quite a bit though.

Helloooo, people do live there.
Seriously, no it is not too cold - in fact it is a wonderland of Christmas lights in Dec. Little to no snow on the gound in the city but lots on the mountains if you want it.
Go for it - you'll love it.

It's usually a little above freezing (32 deg F), with a lot of very cold rain. In the summer it's more above freezing, with warmer rain. In spring and fall, it just has ordinary rain.

Not at all! If you can handle Seattle in the winter, you should be fine in Vancouver.
