Taylor as a man's name means "Tailor" in Latin. Dawn (Anglo-Saxon) means "The break of Day".

Taylor is a clothes maker, sorry. Dawn means "morning". So, your name means "Clothes Maker Morning" what ever your last name is. (My name means Morning Light House)
