Hi all,
I suffer from EXTREME FOOT WETNESS during the season's extreme (high) temperatures. My feet not only over-perspire, I end up with a sole-full of WATER inside my shoes!
I do use many ODOR EATERS (commonly, I have to buy many sets and refresh them routinely (almost daily!)
I am tempting to use a TAMPAX pad as an undersole inside my shoe!
Is this an OPTION I can consider?
Which side should I use for either foot?
Thanks for suggestions and advice.

If your feet sweat that much, I think it's worth a try. I'd start with a mini pad and then get more absorbent if need be. Put the "sticky" side down in the shoe so your foot rests on the pad portion. Curious to see how this works.

Sigh. You need to go see a dermatologist, who should be able to help you gain control over the profuse sweating. This is something that they deal with all the time, and it can be treated easily.

There's no sense trying to jam a tampon into your shoe, when a simple doctor's appointment will solve the problem.

nice, sticky side down...consider something you can reuse(wash regular)..pads could be very expensive...

Hell, go ahead and experiment.

What's wrong with this question?
