Turn the water off at the wall and then unscrew the hot and cold hoses from the faucets and from the dishwasher if possible. There should be a small filter in one end of the hoses that is clogged. Either clean or replace this filter and make sure the hoses are open as well by blowing through them. If this does not cure your problem, you need to call a repairman.

Inlet or outlet?? The inlet can't really get blocked. The outlet is more likely, but you dont state what's happening! Lift the grid in the bottom and take out and clean the filter(s), get all the debris out and try again. Read the handbook for faultfinding.

if water is getting into the machine then it's not the inlet if water is then it's the outlet no water your inlet value wants replacing , water in then it wants cleaning or a new pump

If you are not Qualified I should call a Plumber in,don't forget it is
Dangerous touching Electrical Appliances that use Water.

Obviously you are not a Qualified Plumber or Electrician,otherwise you wouldn't be asking the Question ?
