As I get older, my teeth seem less white than they used to. I don't like it! I brush twice a day. Any suggestions that aren't a million dollars or products you recommend to help?

I have heard that gargling with hydrogen peroxide will whiten your teeth and is obviously a very cost effective solution.

Crest White Strips! My husband and I used them. You could see a difference in just a couple days. You can find good specials. I bought them a costco. 2 packs for each and they included 2 whitening tootpastes for $40.

smash strawberries and put the pulp over your teeth..the natural acids found within the strawberries actually whitens them. Leave them on for a while and slowly, but surely, you'll start seeing results. It's a natural and great way to brighten your teeth! :D
