Monkeys in general have hands, although there are lucky charms which are described as "monkey paws". The closer, genetically, a primate is to Humans, the more handlike their hands. Great Apes (e.g. the Chimpanzee, Bonobos, Gorillas, and Orangutans) have recognisable hands, with Chimpanzees (just 1.6% genetically different than humans) being the closest. .

Monkeys and apes actually share something with us that no other animal has in common with us - an opposable thumb. Having a thumb on the side of the hand allows for better grasping and finer coordination. This makes what both we and monkeys have a hand.

Depends if your talking about real monkeys or robotic ones. Real monkeys have Hand paws and robotic ones have a careful balance of multiple alloys and a high tech integrated computer nervous system and claws

Monkeys and apes are the only animals, besides humans, that have an opposable thumb. They have hands.

Hands is a 5 digit thing. Paw i more of a four-three digit thing with lots of fur and claws (as opposed to hair and nails).

Look like hands to me. But then I have sometimes referred to the human appendage as "paws"--like when I have said to some groping guy "keep your paws off me."
