Was the 9/22/06 episode of Stargate SG-1 the last episode of Season 10 and thus the last of the series? I saw on www.gateworld.com that there are about 10 more episodes in the works. Will SG-1 be on Sci-Fi again in January?

All I've heard is once Season 10 is over it will be finished for good. I know that they have been thinking of wrapping the show up for a number of years now. Originally they wanted to finish after season 6 so they could make another movie. They also wanted to to conclude SG1 before starting Atlantis (a move I'm glad they didn't make). It's a shame that SG1's finishing. It went downhill in season 8 but season 9 was a HUGE improvement & I'd hate to see it finish. Thanks for letting us knwo about the petitions, I've signed both already :)

Hopefully if it does finish they will still decide to make movies.

Stargate Sg1 season 10 is only half over. SciFi has played episodes 1-10 and 10-20 will be aired on SciFi in March 2007. Stargate Productions is filming episodes 19 and 20 right now and those will probably be the last. SciFi isn't ordering any more episodes after season 10. Hopefully MGM will get their channel up and running and will air season 11 of stargate on there 'cause I love this show!

every physique has replied exceptionally lots so some distance. it rather is all approximately money for the vast executives. Stargate SG-a million has been on for ten years now and instructions a funds of $2 million according to episode. it rather is a good style of money for a teach it is dipping interior the scores like they are. Atlantis survived regardless of decrease scores because of the fact the cost selection continues to be smaller. i'm exceptionally constructive that SG-a million will stay to tell the story. The producer has suggested the SG-a million franchise won't die. He did not remark on it better even nonetheless it rather is probable to circulate to a various channel as some right here have suggested or it could additionally in all likelihood circulate to a mini-sequence or made-for-television movie between different circumstances. in case you're like many that do not prefer to lose the teach there are numerous issues you're able to do. first and preferable you will desire to proceed watching SG-a million (and Atlantis) to make Sci-fi re-evaluate or teach any fascinated networks that there continues to be an considerable objective industry. help to recruit extra followers and convey back older followers who do not watch from now on. whether they don't watch each and every episode 5 a year is extra valuable than not something. additionally considerable is writing letters to executives at NBC and the Sci-fi Channel. some have even reported which you will desire to mail empty tissue packing packing containers with the word "deliver extra SG-a million!" There are on line petitions circulating and you are able to continually digital mail the Sci-fi channel. bear in mind that watching the teach and writing actually letters (or sending tissue packing packing containers) are probable the main mandatory yet something you do will help. SG-a million will stay to tell the story - as quickly as back!

Stargate SG1 has been cancelled but Stargate Atlantis has been renewed. The producers are trying to find another outlet other than the Sci-Fi channel and if they do they may show on another network but as for now at least the show has been cancelled. I am sorry as this was one of my all time favorite shows and has put the Sci-Fi channel where it is at.

The season is not over. They'll pick back up with season 10 later...I believe they're still in the process of filming or editing the rest of this season's shows. It has been canceled, but there is a strong fight to save the show. There are at least two petitions on the internet and a website and yahoo group devoted to the cause.

I didn't know the season had ended already. I did notice that last week they had Dr. Who on all night instead of the Stargates.
