If you are having palpitations, you need to find out which kind they are. Some types are harmless, while others can bring on strokes and heart attacks. You should ask your doctor about this - ASAP - not a bunch of non-medically-trained strangers who have no way of listening to your heart to evaluate the situation anyway.

BP is pretty good.

Heart palpitations can be caused from stress too.

If you are concerned...please consult with your physician. This may be a subtle warning from your body....to take better care of yourself.
